I am running the all client version of Notes (client, admin, and designer)I downloaded CZ5ZJEN.exe, the upgrade to 8.5.1 for All Client, but every time I run it, terminates the install by saying: "You must have a version of Notes 8.5 installed to upgrade".
I even tried just the client install upgrade, and that gives me the error that I have to use the "All Client installation." This latter installtion obviously knows that notes installed and which version but not the one I need.
Any suggestions? Do I just do a clean uninstall and reinstall?
